This tool is a series of questions for a strategic planning coordination team contracting a consultant to support a strategic planning process.
The purpose is to ensure that there is a clear and realistic definition of roles and responsibilties between National Society and consultant that enables the National Society to monitor performance.
Responses to these questions can form the basis for a terms of reference as part of the formal contracting process.
